Shipping & Returns Policy

Stock Hairpieces

Stock units in pristine, original condition (uncolored, uncut, uncombed, unwashed, unpermed, unworn, and completely unused) are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

• Limit: Maximum of 1 exchange per order.
• Fees: Subject to a $50 restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs.

Custom Hairpieces

Unused custom units (uncolored, uncut, unpermed, and unworn) may be resubmitted for specifications, color, or density adjustments within 7 days.

• Factory Discrepancies: If an error was made on our end, we pay for shipping.
• Order Selection Errors: If incorrect options were selected during ordering (color, density, sizing, base material, or style), the client covers repair/replacement costs plus shipping.
• Limit: Allowed one resubmission per custom order.

Important Return Requirement All custom-made or pre-made hairpieces must be returned to our office before any changes, repairs, or exchanges can proceed.
